ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) will be screening a pre-recorded ASIS webinar on Soft Targets: Hardening & Protecting People from Attack on 22 Sep 16 (Thurs).

Every day, somewhere in the world, a school, church or hospital is attacked by criminals.  The psychological vulnerabilities are only part of the challenge related to protecting people from these types of heinous soft target attacks. There are also physical vulnerabilities that make soft targets more attractive to would-be attackers – some that can be mitigated, and others that cannot.

The Speaker from this pre-recorded webinar is Dr. Jennifer L. Hesterman (Colonel, U.S. Air Force, retired) and the webinar will last about 90 minutes. Participants will earn 2 CPEs by attending this 90-minute webinar.

There will also be a facilitated discussion hosted by ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) Security Practitioners after the webinar which will cover the aspects on Singapore and the neighboring region.  It will provide a good opportunity to learn from one another!
