ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) will be hosting our 2014 third quarter’s field visit at SATS Catering Centre 1, Airport Boulevard.
SATS has more than six decades of experience in providing airport services and in-flight catering solutions to airlines from all over the world. The functions of Food Solutions segment include airline catering, food distribution and logistics, institutional and remote catering, chilled and frozen manufacturing and airline linen laundry. SATS is the leading caterer at Singapore Changi Airport, serving close to 45 airlines and 85% of all flights.
Take this opportunity to visit the in-flight catering services at the airport and understand the aspect of its security dimensions in aviation and physical security. There will be a face-to-face briefing and sharing by Airport Police on passenger profile system implemented at Singapore Changi Airport.
Participants will qualify for 2 CPE hours towards CPP, PCI, PSP recertification.

1400hrs – Welcome by SATS Catering
1415hrs – Briefing by Airport Police on command structure of each security force in the airport
1430hrs – Briefing by Police on TOPSIS, a passenger profiling system implemented at Changi Airport
1445hrs – Briefing by SATS Security 1 on challenges and requirements on catering security
1500hrs – Tour of Catering Centre 1 (Guardhouse, Outbound Area and Airside Security Screening Point)
1545hrs – Tea Reception and Plaque presentation to Airport Police, SATS Catering and SATS Security
1630hrs – End of Program
There are only 30 slots (ASIS International and Local members) for this field visit and the fees are as follow:
S$10 for ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) paid-up members
S$20 for ASIS International members
