ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) is scheduled to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2020. The Management Committee is of the opinion that a physical AGM is not in the interest of the health, safety and well-being of its members even if the current Safe Management measures are further relaxed by the Singapore Government.
In lieu of a physical AGM, we will instead conduct our AGM via electronic means. eAGM is provided for under The Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) (Alternative Arrangements for Meetings for Registered Societies) Order 2020.
Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ASIS International (Singapore Chapter) will be held electronically on Friday, 27 November 2020 at 1800 hrs via Zoom.
This is a significant local paid-up chapter members-only event. The agenda is as follows:
- Confirmation of 2019 AGM Minutes of Meeting
- Chairman’s Report
- Secretary’s Report
- Financial Report
- Election of Office Holders
- AOB
As this is the first time that the Chapter is holding its AGM electronically, the Management Committee seeks members’ patience and understanding. More details such as registration process, hyper-link to zoom, etc. will be provided in subsequent broadcasts.
