Speaker Profile
Stanley Aloysius is an ASIS International Board Certified Protection Professional (CPPⓇ) with three decades of hands-on experience in anticipating security threats, risks, and vulnerabilities, as well as formulating counter-threat solutions to address the challenges of a fast-changing Security threat landscape in the Asia Pacific region. Over the years, Stanley held senior leadership positions in Environmental, Health, Safety & Physical Security with various US Corporations. He developed and deployed several innovative and cost-efficient physical security and EHS strategies, concepts, policies, and processes that complied with Industry Standards and Global best practices.
Stanley began his career in public service as a law enforcement officer in Singapore before transitioning into a corporate sector career that spanned over three decades specializing in corporate and industrial security risk management. His familiarity with the security industry and the fast-evolving threat landscape of the Asia Pacific theatre provided opportunities to establish extensive intelligence networks with both government agencies and private security organizations across the Asia Pacific region.
Stanley has recently published the book – ‘Protecting Your Sacred Place,’ a book that aims at securing soft targets like places for religious gatherings by providing basic building blocks for developing a threat management framework. Based in Singapore, Stanley remains actively engaged with various security organizations and groups, speaking at security forums as well as conducting lectures at the Academy of Security, Intelligence and Risk Studies (ASIRS) in Singapore where he is also a member of their examination board.
